My Package and Product Arrived Damaged – What Now?

All our packages are insured. If your order arrives damaged, send an email to ghostnotesteam@gmail.com with the following photos:

The outer packaging with visible damage (shipping label must be visible).

The opened package showing the product inside.

A clear close-up of the damaged item and any protective wrapping.

Once we have the photos, we’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier. They’ll review the case and determine the next steps.

⚠️ Heads up: Small bends in corners and seam splits are not covered by insurance. If you want to avoid seam splits, ask for your records to be shipped outside the jacket before checkout.

My Record is Warped – What Can I Do?

Vinyl records aren’t always perfectly flat—slight warping is part of the production process. If it doesn’t affect playback, manufacturers consider it normal.

Before reaching out, test the record on a turntable. If it plays fine, it falls within the expected standard. If the warping causes playback issues, email us at ghostnotesteam@gmail.com, and we’ll figure out a solution together.

Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Order Processing & Status

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are shipped based on estimated production timelines. Delays may occur. If a pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Any applicable processing fees (e.g., bank transaction fees) may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned before a refund is issued.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will assist you.

All transactions are processed in USD, and any currency conversion fees are handled by your payment provider.

How often do you ship orders?

We ship once a week. If your order misses that week's batch, it’ll go out with the next one.

Which carriers do you use?

Right now, we ship internationally with FedEx. We're finalizing our shipping partner for Denmark and the EU (potentially DAO, PostNord, or UPS).

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Denmark: 1-2 business days
  • EU: 5-7 business days
  • USA & International: 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates—customs, carrier delays, or holidays may affect the timeframe.

Will I get a tracking number?

If your order includes tracking, you’ll get an email with your tracking link once it’s processed. Just a heads-up: a tracking update doesn’t always mean it’s left our facility yet.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Nope. Once an order is processed, we can’t change anything—so double-check your address before confirming checkout.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

  • If your package seems stuck in transit, check with the shipping carrier first. If they can’t help, contact us.
  • We’re not responsible for stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered, so make sure your address is secure.
  • If the carrier loses your package, we’ll work with them to figure it out.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your order comes back to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at ghostnotesteam@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged package (outside) with the shipping label visible
  • Photos of the inside packaging and the damaged item
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll file a claim with the carrier. Note: Minor corner bends and seam splits on vinyl covers aren’t covered under damage claims.

Do you accept returns?
